Year 8 Foundations

Our school experience at CHS South is guided by the CHS South Qualities of Success, which are the essential qualities and skills that we hope all our students will embody. We believe these qualities will help students be creative, happy, and successful both now and in the future. In Year 8, students continue to build on these skills across all areas of their learning.

Their efforts will be recognised through a series of half-termly pastoral challenges to achieve the following badges:

• Badge 3: Choices
• Badge 4: Communication
• Badge 5: Community
• Badge 6: Creativity

These badges help Year 8 students develop a sense of purpose and direction, encouraging them to think creatively, communicate effectively, and make meaningful contributions to their community.
